Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted on any of our products. If you have a question about an order or a product, please contact us at info@vistatone.co and we get back to you as soon as possible.

Order Issues & Duplicate Payments

In the unlikely event of a duplicated payment due to an issue with our payment processor. Please reach our to our support team and we can resolve the issue. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vistatone.co.
